Job Description
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the finalization of accounts, audit finalization, and VAT reporting, with specific experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Finalize accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
Oversee the audit finalization process and liaise with auditors.
Prepare and submit VAT reports in compliance with local regulations.
Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Provide financial analysis and support to management.

Qualifications

Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ICAEW, or equivalent).
Relevant experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of VAT reporting and audit processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Benefits
Salary: 500 to 700 BD (based on experience)
