Daily Activities:

• Evaluate and update IT policies and procedures regularly.
• Oversee the creation and management of IT budgets.
• Manage IT Managed Services, ensuring efficient operations and service delivery.
• Lead IT operations, maintaining robust network infrastructure.
• Direct application development and support using Agile methodologies.
• Oversee cyber security initiatives and risk management processes.
• Develop and implement disaster recovery (DR) plans and data management strategies.
• Manage storage solutions, including NAS and SAS.
• Lead ERP implementation and support, Oracle NetSuite.
• Support and manage the POS system, Foodics.
• Oversee the HCM system, ZenHR.
• Drive web development and e-commerce initiatives.
• Conduct project management for various IT projects.
• Handle IT procurement and vendor management effectively.
• Provide high-level helpdesk support to ensure operational efficiency.
