Food Delivery Supervisour (Experienced Only)

I am looking for a Food Delivery Supervisour with his car to join company working with Jahez (Fast ID's)


Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Operations Supervision

Assign and schedule delivery drivers to specific zones and shifts.
Ensure orders are picked up and delivered in a timely and accurate manner.
Track driver movements and performance using GPS.

Driver Management
Recruit, onboard, and train new drivers.
Ensure all drivers have valid Fast IDs.
Handle driver attendance, shift rotation, and route planning.

Performance Monitoring
Evaluate driver performance using Jahez metrics (delivery time, rating, completion rate).
Issue warnings or coaching when standards are not met.
Motivate drivers to maintain high performance and meet delivery targets.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Follow up on customer complaints and resolve delivery issues.
Communicate with Jahez support for any technical or operational concerns.
Act as a bridge between the delivery team and platform operations.

Reporting & Analysis
Generate daily/weekly reports on order volume, delivery times, and driver performance.
Analyze performance data to identify issues and propose operational improvements.

Salary: 3500 SAR
bonuses and incentives will apply if targets are met
