Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Quality Engineer to join our project team in Saudi Arabia. This
individual will be responsible for implementing and monitoring all quality-related aspects of the Modular. Chiller Plant construction, ensuring compliance with project and international standards. The Quality. Engineer will play a key role in conducting inspections, preparing reports, managing quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).
• Conduct inspections, testing, and verification activities on mechanical systems (e.g., piping,
structure, welding, HVAC, equipment installation) and electrical systems (e.g., cable routing,
terminations, panels, MCCs, grounding).
• Verify compliance with WPS/PQR/WPQs, maintain weld logs, and coordinate NDT activities.
• Conduct inspection on weld joints for both piping and structure.
• Preparing Weld log and weld map for the completed welding works
• Conduct inspections in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain accurate material traceability and ensure proper documentation from suppliers and
subcontractors.
• Prepare and manage quality documentation including MIRs, WIRs, NCRs, Corrective Actions, and As
Built Records.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections on site, ensuring adherence to approved procedures
and standards.
• Monitor and report non-conformances, initiate root cause analysis, and follow up on
corrective/preventive actions.
• Support the preparation of the Final Quality Dossier/Manufacturing Data Book (MDB) for project
handover.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and construction team to resolve quality-related issues in a
timely manner.
• Monitor subcontractors' quality performance and verify compliance with project specifications.
• Perform inspections of materials and equipment on-site prior to installation, ensuring compliance
with specifications.
• Monitor site activities daily, issue non-compliance reports, and submit these to the management.
• Engage in weekly, monthly, and executive meetings to discuss project progress and quality issues.
• Collaborate with project management and engineering teams to ensure quality considerations are
integrated into project execution.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing quality metrics and findings.

• Issue and manage Inspection Requests (IRs), and coordinate with sub-contractor and third-party
inspectors.
• Preparing Quality reports and submitting on a timely manner
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree/ Engineering
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Certified in welding inspection (e.g., CSWIP, CWI) and familiar with ASME, API, AWS standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and project quality management systems.
• Proficient in generating and managing quality documentation and reports.
• Strong communication and coordination skills to work within a multicultural team environment.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
