Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management:
o Coordinate the receipt, review, and validation of vendor Spare Parts Data Packages (SPDPs).
o Ensure all SPDPs are in accordance with contractual requirements, project standards, and client specifications.
o Interface with vendors and engineering teams to obtain missing or incomplete data.
• Technical Review & Quality Assurance:
o Collaborate with discipline engineers (mechanical, instrumentation, electrical) to ensure SPDP technical content accuracy.
o Validate Priced spare parts lists (PSPLs), recommended spare parts (RSPLs), BOMs, and maintenance data for completeness and usability.
• Documentation & Systems Integration:
o Ensure SPDPs are properly structured and formatted for upload into the client CMMS.
o Work closely with document control and materials management teams to integrate spare parts data into asset management and procurement systems.
• Vendor Coordination:
o Liaise with equipment suppliers and OEMs to ensure timely and correct submission of SPDPs.
o Monitor vendor compliance with data delivery milestones and escalate delays.
• Reporting & Communication:
o Track and report progress of SPDP development across all equipment packages.
o Prepare status reports, dashboards, and interface matrices for project and client reviews.
• Compliance & Standards:
o Ensure SPDPs align with relevant industry standards and client specifications.
o Maintain knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements affecting asset data.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Technical Data Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in SPDP coordination or technical data/documentation roles within oil & gas projects. ( Preferred Saudi Aramco Approved Candidate)
• Strong understanding of spare parts documentation, asset lifecycle data, and equipment hierarchy.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (SAP PM, EPM etc.) is an advantage.
• Experience working with EPC contractors and multiple vendor interfaces.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco and local compliance requirements is an advantage.
