Mechanical Engineer ( Field Engineer / Sales Engineer )

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive engineer to join our subsidiary in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in handling maintenance work, repair, fabricating, design, reverse engineering responsibilities with sales mind. This role requires fluency in English and comprehensive knowledge of engineering such as power plant, desalination plant, Petrochemical plant and so on. The background in these industries is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• General
o Identify new business opportunities and generate sales
o Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues
o Oversee repairs and technical improvements
o Engineering clarification of class rule & standard, code (Ex. ASME, API.,)
o Inspect and test material and equipment’s for safety
o Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
o Draft and submit reports
o Supporting of Project Manager during project execution
• Workshop
o Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
o Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
o Coordinate with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and communication.
o Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Master’s or bachelor’s degree in either mechanical engineering, aeronautical engineering, or similar education
• Experience:
o Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with boilers, heat exchangers.
o Experience in the petrochemicals or power plant industry is highly desirable.
• Skills:
o Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Strong knowledge of static parts and related instruments
o Cooperate and integrate as a Team Player
o Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
o Proficient in Program (Auto CAD, SAP, MS)
