Job Title: Senior Chef de Partie (CDP)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hotel kitchens, be capable of managing a specific section, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and hygiene are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a specific kitchen section (hot, cold, pastry, etc.) ensuring food production meets hotel standards.
Supervise and train junior chefs and commis chefs assigned to your section.
Prepare and present dishes to the highest quality, consistently and efficiently.
Ensure all mise en place is ready and available for service.
Monitor portion control and minimize waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, following all health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and kitchen operations.
Assist in stock rotation, inventory checks, and ordering as needed.
Uphold hotel standards and contribute to a positive kitchen environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Strong knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques.
Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP, and kitchen safety standards.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
