Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of air conditioning and HVAC systems within the hotel premises, ensuring optimal guest comfort and equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including split units, VRF systems, chillers, and ventilation systems.

Conduct regular preventive maintenance and ensure all AC systems are functioning efficiently.

Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in AC units and perform necessary repairs.

Monitor and adjust thermostats, controls, and airflow to ensure proper climate conditions.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and energy conservation measures.

Keep records of maintenance and repair activities.

Report major faults or equipment needs to the supervisor for further action.

Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests involving AC systems.

Assist in general maintenance duties when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma/Certificate in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or a related technical field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience as an AC Technician, preferably in the hospitality sector.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigeration cycles.

Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Physically fit and able to work in confined or elevated spaces.

Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and on-call as needed.
