Job Title: Technician Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Technician Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s maintenance team. The ideal candidate will coordinate all technical staff, manage preventive and corrective maintenance activities, and ensure smooth operation of all hotel engineering systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of all maintenance technicians (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel equipment and systems.
Assign daily tasks and ensure timely and quality completion of maintenance requests.
Inspect work done by technicians to ensure compliance with standards and safety regulations.
Monitor and maintain logs and records of maintenance activities.
Identify and report equipment faults or issues requiring external contractor support.
Train and guide technicians on technical tasks, safety procedures, and hotel maintenance standards.
Liaise with other departments to coordinate maintenance needs without disrupting hotel operations.
Assist in budgeting, inventory control, and procurement of maintenance tools and materials.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 5–7 years of maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role—preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
Strong technical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a diverse technical team under pressure.
Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office tools.
Willingness to work in shifts and respond to emergencies as required.
