Jr. Accountant

We are currently seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold at least a B.Com degree and possess a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

Job Description:

Hands-on experience with Zoho and/or QuickBooks

Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

Handle and manage petty cash

Maintain and organize financial and administrative documentation

Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial reporting and tracking

Assist in posting expenses and journal entries

Vendor billing entry and tracking

Perform bank postings and manage day-to-day bank transactions

Conduct bank reconciliations accurately and timely

Understand project-based accounting practices

Maintain and manage employee files and HR-related documentation

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent

1–2 years of relevant experience (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Good communication skills
