A large format digital printing studio specializing in the production of wide format graphics for tradeshow displays, event signage, windows, walls, floors, vehicles and more. We are looking for a full time Printing Production Manager that is a driven multi-tasker with a great attitude, strong work ethic, highly organized self-starter with a proactive solution-oriented approach. The role includes hands-on tasks for assembling and manufacturing products for our clients under tight timelines. The Production Manager will be responsible for the setup, printing and production of graphics on wide format printers, laminators, cutters, plotters including Sales and marketing.

Job duties include:

· Lead and assist organizing daily production operations
. Manage Sales and Marketing to grow business and add more customers.

· Maintaining production process, focusing on early problem identification and resolution, enabling greater efficiency and minimal rework

· Setup print ready graphics and perform other pre-press related actions on client provided files

· Operation and maintenance of large format printers, cutter, laminator and plotter

· Perform finishing methods on produced graphics and signage (mounting, laminating and cutting)

· Manage and maintain inventory of parts and goods

· Communicate with customers as needed to discuss production and graphic design issues

· Complete jobs which includes packaging for client pick-up/delivery

Skills required:

· Managing team of graphic designer, production team, sales and marketing team etc. Understand / have skill on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator graphic software, experience using these (or similar) tools in a print production environment

· Experience with production of wide format graphics

· Passion for excellence, learning and quality

· Team orientation and an ability to always work collaboratively to make our company better, stronger, more efficient

· Excellent organizational and time management skills, with capacity for multi-tasking

· Comfortable with consulting and communicating with clients as needed

· Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ideal candidates will possess:

· Knowledge with producing products in a multi-stage production environment

· Running large format printers, laminators, cutters and plotters

· Experience with graphic and signage finishing

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Team oriented with collaborative style

· Multi-tasker - able to switch gears quickly and juggle multiple priorities with a calm sense of urgency

· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience preferred
