Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have a transferable Iqama and prior sales experience in Stretch Films and Adhesive Tapes within Saudi Arabia. Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered for this position.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and engaging Van Sales Representative to effectively promote and sell our products directly at customer sites. The
successful candidate will be responsible for driving a van along a predetermined sales route, identifying potential new sales opportunities, and
maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales records, ensuring the company
vehicle is in excellent working condition, and assisting with other sales-related tasks as assigned by management.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Management:
• Drive the company van to sell products directly to customers along an established route.
• Identify new sales opportunities and develop strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers to customers to drive sales growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to improve sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Order Processing & Delivery:
• Process purchase orders, deliver products, and collect payments while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Ensure all cash collections are deposited in the bank on time as per company policies.
• Verify inventory levels in the van and restock as needed to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to clients, maintaining an efficient route schedule to maximize sales opportunities and meet
customer demands.

Administrative & Reporting Duties:
• Maintain accurate sales, delivery, and payment records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team to optimize stock availability and distribution efficiency.
Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance:
• Ensure the van is clean, well-maintained, and complies with company and road safety standards.
• Conduct routine checks on the van (tire pressure, fluid levels, brakes, etc.) and report any issues.
• Ensure all deliveries and transportation activities comply with company policies and local regulations.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and sales campaigns as required.
• Assist in setting up product displays and marketing materials at retail outlets.
• Provide feedback to the sales and marketing team to improve product offerings and sales strategies.
• Carry out any other need-based assignments assigned by the management related to the sales profile.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Previous experience in van sales of packaging materials is highly desirable.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other job related softwares.
• Strong understanding of sales strategies and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
