Position Title: Transportation Manager Secretary
Location: Dammam Head Office
Department: Transportation
Reporting To: Transportation Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Transportation Manager.
• Manage schedules, meetings, and correspondence.
• Prepare reports, memos, and related documents.
• Maintain organized filing systems and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts as required.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative support role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
