We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Coordinator to join our company to develop and implement efficient logistics systems for a smooth and efficient logistics operation, contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.

• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations related to shipment, transportation, storage, and handling of goods, including necessary documentation for importing and exporting goods.
• Travel Arrangements Coordination for Employees
• Visa and Documentation Processing
• Must be proficient in using logistics software and other technology tools to manage inventory, track shipments, and analyze data.

JOB VACANCY FOR LOGISTICS OFFICER
Responsibilities: Logistics, Import & Export, Letters of Credit (L.Cs), and Supply Chain Coordination

Detailed tasks include:
• Procurement Management
• Responsible for procuring goods from foreign suppliers, including China, Turkey, Dubai & Europe
• Handling all supply chain activities related to procurement from the supplier.
• Preparing and arranging all required documents for the movement of goods from suppliers.
• Following up on shipments to ensure timely finalization of orders.
• Organizing transportation by road for GCC purchases (Dubai, Saudi Arabia, etc.).
• Banking and Credit Facility Coordination
• Arranging Documentary Credit facilities through banks for finalized orders (Letter of Credit, Documentary Credit, Telex Transfer, etc.).
• Coordinating with suppliers for shipping documents required for bank processing.
• Managing timely payments to suppliers to secure required shipping documents for bank transactions.
• Handling the settlement of bills related to freight forwarders and other logistics partners for services utilized.
