Position: Technician for Kitchen Equipment
Experience: 0-3years
Education: Diploma / ITI/ITC – Mechanical/ Refrigeration

Key Skills: Maintenance & repairing, servicing, Kitchen Equipment like Range, Oven, Grill, Burner, Deep-fryer, cooler, Freezer, Induction cooker, coffee, machines, steamer, microwaves etc.
Key Responsibilities
• Should have at least 1years in service and maintenance department.
• Performs service and mechanical repairs on all commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Perform all repairs, maintenance replacement of parts for preventive maintenance schedule and accurately record all pertinent data.
• Ensure that equipment is in safe operating condition.
• Detect needed repairs on equipment following established inspection procedures.
Skills Required
• Must have 1 year experience in Installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of commercial kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of commercial food service (kitchen) equipment repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques Knowledge in the operation of electrical control system.
• Good communication skills.
