Press Department Supervisor – Commercial Laundry

Are you an experienced leader in the commercial laundry industry? We are looking for a Press Department Supervisor to oversee operations, ensure quality, and lead our team to success at [ Ultra Laundry - MNC CO. ]

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate daily operations in the pressing department
• Train and manage press operators to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
• Monitor workflow, production quotas, and ensure timely order completion
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and consistency
• Maintain and troubleshoot pressing equipment to minimize downtime
• Enforce safety procedures and workplace standards
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
• Experience in a commercial laundry press department (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals
• Technical knowledge of pressing equipment and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
