Job Summary:
To assist, lead, coach, train, motivate, monitor and oversee production teams of Leaders, Co-leaders, chiefs, cookers, assist cookers, workers, Cleaners and others, and participate in the day-to-day production activities including scheduling, following up, assigning tasks, prepare and maintain all maintenance requirements of kitchen. The Supervisor is responsible to monitor staff’s performance and productivity to meet company Standard.

Main Accountabilities:
* Ensuring that the day-to-day production in line with all applicable health, safety and environmental standards in order to create safety work environment for the teams as per company Standard.
* Leading teams towards the achievement of profitability through fully utilization of time available, saving cost and minimum overtime hours.
* Ensuring that the kitchen operations are carried out productivity using efficient process, controls and feedback systems, high quality standards and within minimum cost and expenses to generate maximum profitability
* Liaising with other different divisions within company when needed, to ensure that all kitchen needs are available on time.

Job Requirement:
* Mini Diploma holder in any related field.
* 3-5 years of kitchen management experience.
* Proven work experience within a catering kitchen producing high-volume quality food.
* Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
* Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
