Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Proposal Engineer with expertise in water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for water/wastewater treatment projects (STPs, ETPs, RO Plants, etc.).
• Review tender documents, analyze client needs, and develop customized solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and feasibility.
• Design process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with Oman/GCC regulations, standards, and HSE guidelines.
• Manage proposal timelines and deliver high-quality submissions.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to clarify project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in proposal engineering/management for water/wastewater treatment plants (STPs, ETPs, RO Plants, etc.).
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and proposal management tools.
o Strong understanding of process design, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation.
o Familiarity with Oman/GCC water regulations and standards.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• License: Valid GCC driving license (preferred).
