Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Travel Consultant who will work remotely from Egypt to serve our individual and corporate clients in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Amadeus, excellent experience in hotel booking, and proven expertise in ticketing and travel services.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry
Advanced proficiency in Amadeus GDS
Extensive experience in hotel bookings and supplier communication
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
High attention to detail and time management
Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market is a plus
Proficiency in Arabic or English is a strong advantage
Job Responsibilities:
Handling flight bookings and ticket issuance via Amadeus
Managing hotel reservations and offering tailored accommodation options
Responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinating with corporate clients and handling custom travel requests
