We are looking for a motivated Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and support recruitment efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential clients seeking recruitment or facility management services.
- Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, government organizations, and SMEs.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and networking events.
- Develop customized proposals based on client needs and present them effectively.
- Execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends for new business opportunities.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by addressing their ongoing needs and concerns.
- Act as the main point of contact for contract negotiations and renewals.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance.
- Analyze sales data to improve future strategies.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the team leader or authority.

Employment Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the IT, software, or digital services industry.

Additional Requirements:
Age between 23 to 27 years.
Confident and driven to work with sales targets.
Driving license will be given preference.
Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to perform under pressure and align with company rules & regulations.
