We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chinese Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Chinese dishes, managing kitchen operations related to Chinese cuisine, and ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a wide variety of Chinese dishes, including Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, and/or other regional cuisines.
Ensure consistent quality of food in taste, presentation, and hygiene.
Develop new menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure standards are met.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure they follow proper techniques and safety standards.
Monitor food inventory and coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure adequate stock.
Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or similar role in a Chinese restaurant.
In-depth knowledge of traditional Chinese cooking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Multilingual (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).
Experience with wok cooking and traditional Chinese kitchen equipment.
Creativity in developing new dishes.
