Location: Bahrain
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years (Preferably 8–10 years)
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor – Civil to oversee multistory residential projects, including 2–3 towers and villa developments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site supervision, project handling, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, labor teams, and subcontractors.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and quality standards.
• Monitor and control material usage and work progress on site.
• Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Handle instruments like Auto Level and other civil tools.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports using MS Word and Excel.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in supervising civil construction projects, especially multistory towers and villas.
• Education: Diploma in Civil Engineering or higher.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient in AutoCAD
o MS Word & Excel (Intermediate level)
o Handling of Auto Level and other surveying tools
• Soft Skills:
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
o Leadership ability to handle teams and site independently
o Dedication and commitment to project timelines and quality

Preferred Candidate:
• Has worked on 2–3 multistory tower projects and villas.
• Can interpret structural and architectural drawings with ease.
• Is organized, punctual, and proactive in site management.
