We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer with expertise in wind power systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with a focus on designing, analyzing, and maintaining wind turbines and related systems. This role requires a deep understanding of renewable energy technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, analyse, and optimize mechanical components and systems for wind turbines, including blades, gearboxes, generators, and support structures.
• Conduct feasibility studies and performance analysis of wind power systems to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and environmental specialists, to develop integrated wind energy solutions.
• Perform structural and dynamic analysis of wind turbine components using simulation tools (e.g., FEA, CFD).
• Oversee the manufacturing, installation, and maintenance of wind turbines and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in wind power systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test reports, and maintenance manuals.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in wind energy technology and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality control procedures.
• Support project management activities, including cost estimation, timeline planning, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on wind power systems or renewable energy.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools
• Strong knowledge of wind turbine design, aerodynamics, and materials science.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to wind energy (e.g., IEC, DNV GL).
• Experience with structural analysis, vibration analysis, and fatigue testing of wind turbine components.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
