Position: HSE Engineer

Important Note: - We are looking for an experienced HSE Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) roles within power or wind energy projects. He must currently be located in Saudi Arabia and available to join within one week.
Job Description & Roles:
Responsibilities:
• Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, national, and international safety regulations.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and hazard evaluations on project sites and facilities.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Training: Develop and deliver health, safety, and environmental training programs for employees at all levels.
• HSE Policies: Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE policies and procedures in line with industry standards and regulations.
• Environmental Management: Ensure environmental regulations are followed, including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability practices.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on safety performance and environmental compliance, providing recommendations for improvements.
• Emergency Preparedness: Develop and manage emergency response plans and conduct regular drills.
• Contractor Management: Oversee HSE performance of contractors and ensure compliance with all safety guidelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in HSE standards and practices by staying up-to-date on the latest regulations and industry best practices.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Certifications: Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Experience: [5-8 Years of Experience] in HSE or a related role within power or wind energy projects sectors.
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, including ISO standards and local legislation.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety auditing tools.
• Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and engage employees at all levels.
• Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to identify potential safety risks and propose solutions.
