We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female HR and Admin Associate to join our prestigious Restaurant and Catering Division in Bahrain. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven HR professional with a strong academic background and hands-on experience in Human Resources to contribute to a fast-growing organization.
Position: HR and Admin Associate
Location: Umm Al Hassam, Bahrain
Salary: Attractive salary package, based on performance and expat
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
• Support employee relations and maintain HR records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Coordinate and assist in performance management, training, and development programs
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented across all branches
• Handle payroll and leave management effectively
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in HR associate or assistant roles
• Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
• Valid Bahraini driving license
• Excellent communication in English Language , interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle sensitive information with discretion
