About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HSE Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
✔ Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
✔ Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommendations.
✔ Provide HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
✔ Ensure environmental compliance, waste management, and pollution control measures.
✔ Develop emergency response plans and conduct fire drills and evacuation exercises.
✔ Monitor HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
???? Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
???? Certifications: NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, or other recognized HSE certifications (preferred).
