Certified Safety And Lifting Equipment Trainer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced trainer with NEBOSH Level 6, Train the Trainer (TTT) Certification, and LEEA Certification to deliver professional training sessions in occupational safety and lifting equipment inspection. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging and informative training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver training programs related to occupational health and safety, lifting operations, and equipment inspection in compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions, ensuring participants understand and apply safety principles.
• Evaluate trainees through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with industry regulations, safety guidelines, and best practices.
• Prepare training materials, manuals, and certification exams in line with NEBOSH and LEEA standards.
• Maintain training records and provide reports on participant performance.
• Offer guidance and support to trainees, ensuring they meet required competency levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures in training environments.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop customized programs.
Requirements:
• NEBOSH Level 6 Certification (Mandatory)
• Train the Trainer (TTT) Certification (Mandatory)
• LEEA Certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in occupational health and safety, lifting operations, or related fields
