Required Senior Accountant

We are a leading consultancy firm, currently seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a solid background in accounting, auditing and VAT consultancy. Preferably with an audit background. If you meet the qualifications below, we invite you to submit your CV for consideration.

Qualifications & Experience

• An MBA/M.Com, CA Inter, ACCA, CPA or an equivalent master’s degree in accounting is essential for this role.
• The ideal candidate should possess 10-15 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in statutory audits and finalization of accounts is required.
• Extensive knowledge in VAT registration, filing, and adeptness in handling VAT audits is a must.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, especially for email correspondence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Capable of working independently without supervision.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Tally Prime and other accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Analyze financial statements and provide insights and advice to management.
• Prepare and file VAT returns on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Compile monthly and annual balance sheets and collaborate with auditors until finalization.
• Prepare and maintain reconciliations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
