Job Description: Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) Sales Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL) Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales strategy for our ESL product line. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, experience in the retail technology sector, and the ability to develop and maintain client relationships while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell ESL solutions.
• Identify target markets and key business opportunities.
• Set and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability metrics.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
• Prospect, identify, and acquire new clients in the retail, grocery, and warehouse sectors.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to potential clients.
3. Market Research & Insights:
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the product development team for improvements and new features.
4. Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor the sales team (if applicable) to meet organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless project execution.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
• Monitor key sales KPIs and optimize processes to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in electronic shelf labels, retail technology, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of ESL systems, IoT, and retail operations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel as required.
