Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive International Purchase Officer to join our dynamic team. This role will involve managing international procurement processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of products and materials, and maintaining strong relationships with global suppliers. You will be responsible for overseeing the purchasing activities, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring efficient logistics for international shipments.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate international purchasing activities, including sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of materials, products, and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with global suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies and requirements
• Monitor international market trends and ensure that product availability and pricing are optimized
• Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and quality control to ensure smooth purchasing operations
• Track and maintain records of international shipments, customs clearance, and delivery schedules
• Identify and address any procurement issues or discrepancies, offering timely solutions
• Evaluate suppliers' performance regularly to ensure ongoing reliability and quality
• Stay informed about international trade regulations, tariffs, and industry developments

Languages:
Arabic, English (mandatory), Hindi a plus; will prefer any international language knowledge, additional languages are a plus

Nationality:
Arab, Indian, Pakistani, Sri Lankan, or others

Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in international procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Proven track record in sourcing, negotiating, and managing international supplier relationships
• Experience in handling international shipping logistics and customs processes is an advantage
