Business Development Specialist 18K Basic

Hiring position: Business Development Specialist
Industry: Real Estate and Contracting Company / PIF projects

Job Purpose:
The Business Development Specialist reports directly to the BD Manager and is responsible to direct and generate business opportunities from a global engine market that results in high earnings and revenue accountability that will assist the company in meeting and exceeding growth objectives set forth by the Board.


Education, Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
Minimum 5 years progressive experience in Business Development or higher.
Financial management training and/or experience is a plus
Knowledge of computers and associated software programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point, Access, Outlook), e-mail and internet programs
Must have analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills and be able to perform multi-tasking
Good oral and written communication skills.
Must be fluent in English and be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language for effective communication.
Must be able to speak effectively before groups of employees or visitors
