Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and proposals
* Analyze project plans and specifications

* Assist in contract negotiations
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
* Proven experience in preparing accurate and competitive price estimations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, HCSS HeavyBid)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
