• Run tenders, evaluate bids, and make recommendations, based on commercial and technical

• Research and evaluate prospective suppliers. Prepare budgets, cost analyses, and reports.
• Evaluate and compare products and services to determine which best meets the organization’s needs.
• Oversee raw materials or other goods inventory and place orders when supplies run low.
• Propose creative methodologies for process improvement, technical enhancements, and cost
• savings as part of the proposal management.
• Create, proofread, correct, and dispatch quality bid responses within agreed deadlines.
• Ensure bids are complete in all respects, audited, and approved.
• Prepare pre- and post-bid submission presentations.
• Manage virtual teams and collect input from several partners (Sales/ Marketing/Finance legal).
