Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, develop, and retain talent.
- Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
- Design and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation plans effectively.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management.
Requirements:
- Must be a Saudi National in compliance with Saudization requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Leadership and decision-making capabilities.
