Job Title: Project In-Charge
Location: Bahrain
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project In-Charge to oversee and manage aluminum shading projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
- Develop project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
2. Project Execution:
- Supervise and direct project teams (fabrication, installation, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Manage project budgets, costs, and resource utilization.
3. Client Relationship:
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and changes to clients.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues promptly.
4. Quality Control:
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards.
- Identify and resolve defects, deficiencies.
5. Documentation:
- Maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
- Update project management software.
6. Team Management:
- Lead, motivate, and train project team members.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress.
7. Coordination:
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil), Architecture, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in aluminum shading or construction.
- Strong knowledge of aluminum shading systems, fabrication, and installation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines.
Desirable:
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or similar software.
- Familiarity with local building codes, regulations.
