About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Facility Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our facilities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering and proven leadership in facility management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Supervise maintenance staff and facility systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets and coordinate with external vendors.
- Oversee waste management, janitorial services, and hospitality for employees and visitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management, including a supervisory role.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
- Valid and transferable Iqama required.
