Job Title: Administrative Staff
Job Description: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Staff member with fluency in English and 2-4 years of experience in administrative roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day office operations, managing schedules, coordinating communications, and supporting senior staff in various tasks. A proactive attitude and strong multitasking skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing emails, and maintaining records.
Handle meeting and communication with departments and clients.
Assist with document preparation and office organization.
Provide general support to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Saudi Nationality (Mandatory)
- Valid Saudi Driving License (Mandatory)
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
