Purchasing Supervisor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced minimum 5 year in IT, Telecom, OSP, ISP & Low current field. Purchasing Supervisor to manage the all activities procurement operations, Local purchasing, warehouse activities, Logistics, Rental Equipment's, Subcontracting.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective procurement of materials and services while maintaining quality standards. This role requires excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and manage the daily activities of the purchasing team.
-Develop, implement, and maintain purchasing strategies in line with company goals.
-Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
-Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability.
-Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality standards and timely deliveries.
-Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
-Collaborate with other departments to meet procurement needs effectively.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement as a supervisory role.
-Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
-Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
