Lady Storekeeper

Key Responsibilities:

- Assembly of Salon and Spa single use Kits
- Assemble kits as per the provided guidelines, ensuring all required products are included and arranged appropriately.
- Follow specific packing and presentation instructions for each kit to maintain high-quality standards.
- Organization and Maintenance of Stock Room:
- Regularly organize products and supplies in the stock room to ensure easy access and inventory efficiency.
- Keep the stock room clean, organized, and safe in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or issues to the relevant supervisor.

Packing and Dispatch Preparation:

- Pack each kit securely and ensure that it is properly labeled with the required details.
- Follow dispatch procedures to ensure timely delivery of kits to clients or other departments.
- Quality Control and Compliance:
- Ensure all assembled kits meet quality standards and are packed correctly to prevent any damage during transport.
- Comply with all company policies and safety guidelines while working in the stock room.

Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Previous experience in stock room management, assembly line work, or similar roles is preferred.

Skills:

- Attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain cleanliness in work areas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Basic labeling and packing skills.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry moderate weights (up to 20 kg) as needed.

Working Conditions:
Location: Al Falah Stock Room.

Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.

Equipment: Basic Beauty stock room tools and disposables (boxes, labels, packing materials, Beauty disposables and consumables, tools, equipments etc.)
