Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Handle escalated customer complaints or issues.
Monitor and improve service quality.
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and coordinate restocking or reordering.
Perform regular inventory checks to minimize shrinkage.
Ensure products are displayed properly and promotional materials are up-to-date.
Sales and Profitability:
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Assist in creating sales strategies and implementing promotions.
Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and complies with safety standards.
Manage opening and closing procedures.
Maintain and monitor cash handling processes.
Reporting and Communication:
Report store performance, staff issues, and operational challenges to upper management.
Act as a liaison between employees and senior management.
