Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Deliver documents, files, and correspondence within the office or to external locations.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing important documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail or courier deliveries.
Hospitality Duties:
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Ensure meeting rooms are set up and tidy for appointments or conferences.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness in the office, including desks, meeting rooms, pantry, and other common areas.
Ensure office equipment like printers, copiers, and air conditioners are in working order (reporting issues to the maintenance team if necessary).
Errands:
Run office-related errands, such as purchasing office supplies, delivering packages, or paying utility bills.
Handle bank-related tasks like deposits or cheque submissions (if required).
Stock and Supply Management:
Monitor and restock pantry and office supplies such as stationery, water bottles, and cleaning items.
Inform the administration team when supplies need replenishment.
Support Staff Assistance:
Help with setting up workstations or moving office equipment.
Assist in minor repairs or maintenance tasks as needed.
