Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Commercial Assistant to support our commercial department in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of business processes.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting sales, procurement, and administrative activities, while helping maintain strong relationships across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and processing commercial documents such as quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments (e.g., sales, logistics, and finance) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain and update commercial records, databases, and files.
Track shipments, deliveries, and payments to ensure alignment with timelines and contractual terms.
Assist with pricing and cost analysis to support decision-making and negotiations.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports on sales performance, order status, inventory levels, and other commercial metrics.
Handle inquiries from customers or suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
Help ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Provide general administrative support to the commercial department as needed.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a commercial, administrative, or sales support role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is a plus
