Safety and Compliance:
Enforce workplace safety rules and conduct regular safety inspections.
Identify and address potential hazards, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain site documentation, including safety logs and incident reports.
Resource Management:
Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials, tools, and equipment.
Ensure proper utilization of resources to minimize wastage.
Report resource shortages or issues to management promptly.
Communication and Reporting:
Act as the on-site point of contact between project managers, workers, and contractors.
Provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and requirements.
Address client or stakeholder queries and provide site tours when necessary.
