Job Description
Hiring: Safety Officer
✅ Job Requirements
Education:
3-Year Technical Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or related field
Certifications:
NEBOSH IGC (International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety) – Mandatory
Experience:
1–2 years of relevant experience in the safety field
Experience can be from the UAE or home country
Previous experience in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is an advantage
Language:
Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
Knowledge of other languages is a plus
Other Requirements:
Must be currently residing in the UAE
Must be available to attend face-to-face interviews
Familiar with UAE Labor Law and HSE regulations is a plus
Strong observation, reporting, and communication skills
???? Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
Monitor and enforce safety compliance at the project/site level
Identify and correct unsafe work practices or conditions immediately
Conduct toolbox talks, safety drills, and HSE training sessions
Prepare reports and maintain safety documentation
Liaise with supervisors and project managers to ensure proper implementation of safety policies
Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards
