Manager

We are looking to hire a senior Manager with below requirement:-

Experience: Proven experience (5-10 years) in leadership roles, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven business.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Technical Understanding: Strong understanding of SaaS business models, product development cycles, and the software industry.
Leadership: Experience leading large, cross-functional teams, with a track record of building strong company culture.
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial metrics, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
Sales and Marketing Savvy: Experience in scaling sales and marketing functions to drive customer acquisition and growth.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and articulate the company vision to stakeholders.
Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to pivot strategies as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Knowledge: Deep knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.
Fundraising Experience: Prior experience raising capital from investors or leading IPOs. (Advantage )
Global Business Acumen: Experience scaling SaaS solutions globally and navigating diverse market landscapes.
