We are seeking a Business Head to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and lead our operations in the MENA region.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & execute business growth plans for lithium-ion batteries, solar, and energy storage solutions.
• Drive market penetration, customer acquisition, and partnerships.
• Manage P&L, sales targets, and EBITDA growth.
• Lead a high-performing team and ensure successful project delivery.
???? Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in business development/sales in the MENA market.
• Strong knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, renewable energy, and storage solutions.
• Proven track record of business growth, leadership, and negotiation.
• B.E./B.Tech. and/or MBA preferred.
