Position: Maintenance Engineer/Supervisor
Location: Dubai, Abu Dhabi.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections of building services, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Prepare comprehensive inspection reports detailing the condition of the building’s services and any required maintenance.
- Create and manage maintenance offers according to the required maintenance schedules.
- Oversee and ensure timely execution of scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Manage day-to-day maintenance operations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders as necessary for specialized repair work or maintenance services.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including reports, schedules, and completed work orders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor in facilities management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building services, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Experience in conducting detailed inspections and preparing professional reports.
- Ability to create and manage comprehensive maintenance schedules.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.
