*Job Description:*

We are seeking experienced Safety Officers to join our construction team in Dubai. As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of employees, subcontractors, and visitors on our construction site.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
2. Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans and procedures.
3. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and international safety standards.
4. Investigate incidents/accidents and near-miss incidents, and prepare reports.
5. Conduct safety training and induction programs for employees and subcontractors.
6. Monitor and maintain safety records and statistics.
7. Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure safety integration.
8. Perform risk assessments and implement control measures.

Requirements:

1. NEBOSH/OSHA certification or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the UAE, preferably in construction.
3. Dubai experience is mandatory.
4. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations, and international safety standards.
5. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
2. Certification in First Aid/CPR.
3. Experience with construction management software.
