Procurement Manager - Smartphones - 1 No.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Procurement Manager to oversee the import operations of smartphones for our trading company. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, extensive knowledge of the smartphone market, and a proven track record in procurement and supply chain management. This role involves sourcing, negotiating, and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of smartphones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers of smartphones.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of delivery with suppliers to secure the best possible deals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, new products, and pricing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize purchasing processes and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues related to shipments.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align procurement with business needs.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier information.
- Ensure compliance with import regulations and customs requirements for smartphone shipments.
- Prepare reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and market trends for management review.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement or supply chain management in the smartphone industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade.
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
