JD:
1. Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications, ensuring optimal security and user experience.
2. Manage and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
3. Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and effective communication of requirements.
4.Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
5.Strong experience with web development frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
6. Extensive knowledge of backend frameworks like Node.js, Spring Boot, Go.
Mobile development experience using React Native, Flutter, Swift (iOS), or Kotlin (Android).
7. Strong background in database design and management, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
8.Experience in Linux environments, including system configuration and performance tuning.
9 15+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical lead role. Extensive knowledge of backend frameworks like Node.js, Spring Boot, Go.
